Six threads, woven through the same villages.

Our programs aren't standalone events โ€” they return to the same families year after year, so progress compounds instead of resetting.

Women & Self-Help Groups

50 SHGs, one revolving loan circle at a time

We've formed and continue to strengthen 50 self-help groups, reaching over 1,500 women and farmer households. Groups begin with savings discipline, move into income-generation-programme (IGP) training, and graduate into formal bank linkage.

  • ๐Ÿ”ธ IGP and vocational skill training for widows and destitute women
  • ๐Ÿ”ธ Direct loan linkage with nationalised banks in Krishnagiri District
  • ๐Ÿ”ธ Entrepreneurship Development Programme (EDP) referrals through TAHDCO and Backward Class department
  • ๐Ÿ”ธ SHG formation-awareness meetings held in Mittapalli hamlets

Children & Education

A parliament run by children, for children

Our children's-parliament committee gives kids in Kandampatti and nearby hamlets a structured voice โ€” electing representatives who raise concerns about school, safety and hygiene directly with our field team and local officials.

  • ๐Ÿ”ธ Evening reading circles held outside classrooms after school hours
  • ๐Ÿ”ธ Child labour awareness programme carried across 10 hamlets
  • ๐Ÿ”ธ Sanitary hygiene kits distributed directly on school campuses
  • ๐Ÿ”ธ Nutrition and hygiene education for children below the poverty line
Health & Hygiene

Siddha camps, sanitary kits, and a seat at the school gate

Health interventions are built to meet children and women where they already are โ€” inside government schools, not in a clinic they'd have to travel to.

  • ๐Ÿ”ธ Siddha & general free health camps with community health workers
  • ๐Ÿ”ธ Sanitary napkin distribution drives inside girls' school campuses
  • ๐Ÿ”ธ Nutrition-awareness sessions on sound health practices and hygiene
  • ๐Ÿ”ธ Health messaging on environment's effect on child health

Agriculture & Environment

100 farmers, one tree at a time

We channel State agriculture and welfare schemes to elderly and small farmers, and run our own environmental drives โ€” because a dry hamlet and a hungry field are the same problem seen from two sides.

  • ๐Ÿ”ธ On-ground distribution of agriculture welfare scheme benefits to farmers
  • ๐Ÿ”ธ Tree plantation programme conducted with the Forest Department
  • ๐Ÿ”ธ Environmental awareness seminars in government schools
  • ๐Ÿ”ธ Water-facility advocacy for borewells in dry hamlets
Relief, rehabilitation & civic awareness

The programmes that respond, not just plan

Alongside long-term development work, we run direct-response programmes for whoever needs help right now.

Free Food for the Poor

Regular meal distribution for elderly and destitute residents who have no other regular support.

Destitute Women Development

Ten savings groups formed across rural Mittapalli, linking marginalised women to formal banking and IGP credit.

Consumer Awareness Campaign

One-day sessions teaching villagers to identify genuine trademarked goods and avoid harmful plastic packaging.

COVID-19 Relief Training

Community-level relief and safety training delivered to women's groups during the pandemic period.

Women's Skill Training

Vocational training programmes designed to give rural women an independent source of income.

SHG Formation Awareness

Village-level meetings that walk new members through how a self-help group actually works.
